Slam poetry session on issues concerning wellbeing.
Fieldwork Anecdotes: Sharing of Memorable fieldwork experiences by young scholars.
A session on Publishing experiences of early career researchers.
Formation of a reading circle on contemporary issues in Social Work.
STUDENTS FORUM
As in previous years, a Social Work Students Forum will be organized during the conference for student members of NAPSWI (BSW and MSW). The Forum aims to provide a platform for networking, learning, leadership development, and professional engagement among budding social work professionals. Detailed information regarding the Forum and participation modalities will be communicated separately. Interested students and institutions willing to participate may write to the organizers for further details.
BOOK RELEASE
Books related to social work shall be released during the conference. Authors and/or publishers can submit their request for release of their books. Each book release shall be given 10 minutes-time and chaired by an eminent academician / practitioner (to be decided by a committee in consultation with the author/ publisher). This event shall be a sponsored event. The Conference shall encourage the provision of special price of such book for the Conference delegates.
