ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL SUPPORT
For participants, on-campus rooms are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to speakers, invited guests, and participants with specific accessibility requirements. For all other participants, comfortable accommodations will be arranged at nearby locations at reasonable and subsidized rates. Participants have to bear the travel expense on their own as there is no travel support by the organizers.
