Accommodation & Travel Support:

We are located in remote rural area, 50 kms away from Sonipat City. Accommodation shall be provisioned on prior information and prior payment. The arrangement for a comfortable accommodation on reasonable and subsidized rates shall be made on the first-cum-first serve basis. Participants have to bear the travel expense on their own as there is no travel support from our side. However, we have some accommodation at University premise in hostels, Guest House, and hotels in nearby cities like Sonipat, Gannaur, Gohana. We assure a comfortable stay and pick up and drop from your place of stay to conference venue in University Bus..

Those who are travelling by Air/Bus, we suggest to book an early ticket and inform us to help you in your journey to conference venue..
