Plenary sessions will feature invited experts from academia, practice, and the broader field. These sessions will focus on four key thematic areas: Social Work Education; Ecosocial Work and Sustainable Development; Technology, Innovation, and Inclusive Society; and the Linkage between CSR, CSOs, and Social Work for the Empowerment of Marginalized Communities.
NGO AND CORPORATE MEET
A dedicated platform will be established to facilitate meaningful consultations between NGOs and corporate organizations, fostering impactful partnerships for social development and contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat. This exclusive session aims to bridge the gap between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and grassroots development efforts, ensuring sustainable and community-driven outcomes. The meet will bring together industry leaders, CSR heads, development professionals, and NGO representatives to engage in constructive dialogue, exchange best practices, and explore innovative collaborative projects aligned with national development priorities. The session will also provide opportunities for networking, resource sharing, and strengthening partnerships that can create long-term social impact across diverse sectors.
HONOUR LECTURES
In honor of the legacy of renowned social work educators and practitioners, the conference will feature memorial and honorary lectures delivered by distinguished figures from the field. Details of these special sessions will be announced in due course. NAPSWI will organise the 2nd Prof. P. R. Balgopal Annual lecture on Social Justice in collaboration with Balgopal Foundation.
